How to change discount in the booking TL WebPMS
Loyalty level and discounts are increased automatically after accumulating the amount of money or the number of nights. You can change the discount amount manually for the necessary booking. To do that you should click on the discount on the “Services and accommodation” tab in the booking card

The guest will get a new discount
Pay attention that next time when this guest makes reservation the discount will correspond to the level of accumulation and not to a manual setting.
How to change the level of loyalty card
You can increase or decrease the level of loyalty card manually. For that search the necessary card in the list and select “Change the status level” in the Action column.
In the opened window select the status level, add comments and click on the “Save” button.
If you work with TL WebPMS, the status level can be changed in the “Property management” > “Guest profile” section. Search the necessary guest

How to change guest data
If the guest’s phone number is changed, find the necessary card in the list and select “Edit guest info” in the Action column
Enter new data and click on the “Save” button
The guest will get a loyalty program discount upon authorization using new contact details on the booking engine.
How to view the history of accumulations and card operations
Open “Operations history” section, find the guest by last name or card number.
Click on the guest’s last name and view all the information about accumulations and history of discount changes
How to block the loyalty card
Block the loyalty card if it is lost. The card cannot be used to get a loyalty program discount. All the accumulations and guest information are saved.
Activate the loyalty card if it is found. The guest will get a loyalty discount again.
How to delete the loyalty card
When the card is deleted, all accumulations and links of the card with bookings and guests are lost. Restoring a deleted loyalty card is not possible
