Cards lists
Open “Cards lists” in the “Guests management” menu. Here you can see the activated guests cards according to their loyalty level, information about cardholder and the issue date:
To get more detailed information about the guest card click on its number. In the opened window you may see the information about guest card, their loyalty level and percent of discount:
The “Reward points” block displays the information about accumulated nights or stays for the amount since the card issuing date and a quantity of nights to upgrade to the next loyalty level.
The “Operations history” block displays all the reservations where the points accumulated since the card issuing date, and the history of the changes of loyalty levels.
If you work with TL: WebPMS, use the instruction “How to generate and issue loyalty cards in TL WebPMS”.

If you need to create more new virtual cards, click “Generate new cards” and put the number of cards:

If you need to add a card with a certain number, click “Create a new card” and enter the card number:
You may add several loyalty cards at once by uploading a file with the list of issued cards.To do this, click “Import from a file” button and upload a document:
If you do not use TL: WEbPMS, this file should contain card numbers, guest name and surname and their telephone number. Here's the example of such a file:
