  • The following information is transferred to the channels: hotel photos and descriptions, price rates, and rooms.

  • Cancellation policy set in the TravelLine account is also transferred to the channels. In case the cancellation policy states that the penalty is based on the prepayment amount, the prepayment is considered to be 100% of the cost of the stay.

  • Rates are only available in channels when their display is set in the “Dates when the rate is shown to guests” setting. For example, you decided not to display the rate plan on the 1st of May.
