If a guest wants to leave before the departure date, and the payment method of the booking is “At arrival”, you should mark it in the reservation. To do this:
1. Go to “Reports” > “Bookings”.
2. Find the specified booking using the filters or by the booking number in the search field.
3. Click “Action” and select “Modify the booking”.
4. In “Main parameters” section, change the check-out date and save the changes.
The availability for future dates will be increased automatically.
Please note that the refund should be made by the hotel, if the booking is paid through the hotel acquiring or through the following payment methods:
bank transfer for individuals and legal entities;
guarantee by credit card.
