How to make changes to a booking from the official site in TravelLine extranet

Sometimes, the guests tend to cancel bookings because of various reasons. You can offer to make changes to a booking instead. This way you will retain your profit while a guest will keep his/her booking even if the trip is rescheduled.

New TravelLine functionality helps you to modify bookings in favor of guests. For example, you can change dates of a booking and keep the current price.

Here are the parameters that can be changed in TravelLine extranet. Click on the parameter that you want to change in order to open the corresponding instruction.

1. Dates of stay, if a guest made a reservation on a website.

2. Dates of stay, if you work in TL WebPMS.

3. Rate plan in a booking from a website.

4. Price in a booking from a website or apply a discount.

5. Room type in a booking from a website.

You can make as many modifications as you need. If a guest asks you to make changes to a booking several times, you will be able to do this.
