What is a dynamic rate plan

Last update: 25.09.2024

Dynamic rate plans consist of price levels, and each of them corresponds to specific source rate plans. Usually, hotels change price levels as the hotel occupancy increases, or decreases or other factors arise.

By default, dynamic rate plans are not enabled for all hotels. To be able to create dynamic rate plans, please, contact the TravelLine customer support at support@travelline.pro.

How dynamic rate plans work

You manage prices by setting price levels in the price calendar. In dynamic rate plans, prices automatically change depending on the price levels you set. The price information is simultaneously updated both on your hotel website and on the online distribution channels you connected.

How to set dynamic rate plans

The setting of dynamic rate plans consists of three stages:

1. Create price levels: How to create price levels.

2. Create a dynamic rate plan: How to create dynamic rates.

3. Set price levels in the price calendar: How to manage price levels.
