How to add extra guests in a room type

If there is an opportunity to accommodate guests on extra beds, set extra guests in room types:

1. Open «Room management» > «Room types» section:

1. Open room type settings by clicking on a room type name:

2. Find the «Extra guests» block and select the number of extra guests available.

1. Select the type of guests who can accommodate as an extra guest. Select only adult if extra bed is available only for adults. If extra bet is suitable for children select a child of appropriate age. (Ссылка на статью “Как настроить детские возрастные диапазоны”). Сlick on «Save» button.

1. Set the extra guest rate. Open «Room management» > «Rates» section, choose the rate and open «Rates and restrictions» tab. In the rates table extra guests are displayed шт the following way:

• Extra guest - rate for adult staying as an extra guest.

• Extra child - rate for child staying as an extra guest. Depends on child age.

1. Mark the dates which you want to set the rates for. Click on «Change value» button, select «Group operation» tab and specify the cost value for each extra guest type of accommodation in blank cells.

If extra guest accommodation is free of charge set 0 rate for it.
