To create the “Best offer” rate plan, do the following:
1. Go to “Room management” > “Rate plans”. Click on the “Create derived rate plan” button.
2. Out of all the options, select the “Best offer”.
3. Start making settings with choosing a name for the rate plan. You can leave it as it is or come up with something else.
4. For the next step, indicate the discount rate plan and the base rate plan to which the discount will be applied. The discount can be a certain percent or a certain sum.
5. If the meals are included into the rate plan, select the meal option you need. Meal services are set in the “Hotel management” > “Extra services”.

6. Set restrictions for the rate plan. You can set the following restrictions:
By period of stay. You can indicate a minimum and maximum number of nights that guests are allowed to stay at this rate plan. “Number of nights in period” indicates a range between a minimum and maximum numbers of nights for the booking.

Early booking. You can indicate how many days prior to arrival the rate plan will be available for booking.

Late booking. Indicate the latest guests can book at this rate plan before the arrival date.

7. For the “Period of stay”, you can select a minimum or maximum number of nights that guests can book at this rate plan. When selecting “Number of nights in period”, you can write in a minimum and maximum number of nights for the booking.

8. Set the “Rate plan is valid through”. Rate plan validity period defines what dates are available for stay at this rate plan. The rate plan can be always valid, or you can set specific validity dates.

9. Select points of sale, cancelation rule, and payment methods. Click on the “Save” button at the top or at the bottom of the page.
The offer is created. Click on the rate plan name in the list of rate plans. Open the “Rate plan display on the website” tab. On this page, indicate more rate plan details in the “Detailed description” box.
