We have updated two reports in TravelLine WebPMS.
Managers’ efficiency
“Managers’ efficiency” detailed report helps to evaluate the performance of hotel managers and find out how many of the bookings they made in the system are paid for fully or partially.
When guests call to book a room, managers create a booking in the PMS and send payment links so that that guests settle bills with bank cards. Since today, this report includes such payments too. In the “Payment made by” column, you will see the “Paid by the guest” status.
Guests list
The “Guests list” report generates a list of arriving and departing guests.
We have added information on guests’ age and sex to the report. This will allow you to learn more about guests so that you offer them services that would suit them. There appeared the “Sex” and “Date of birth” columns. Except for the date of birth, there’s a guest’s age that is calculated automatically.
To enable these columns, click on the “View” button in the top right corner and tick the boxes you need.
