How to get access to your TravelLine account

To create new access to your TravelLine account, write a request at support@travelline.pro from your hotel email address or create a new user in the “Client portal”.


In the email, indicate the following:

  • Hotel’s ID

  • Employee’s name

  • Employee’s unique email

  • Information on access rights you wish to grant to the user.


The TravelLine Platform has the following groups of access rights:


Access to all the Components and Client portal

Managers have full access to all the components settings of the platform, accounting documents and users management. This access can be granted only on request from an email address of a user having access to "Client portal" or on request sent on the hotel letterhead with the signature and seal of the legal entity.


Access to all the Components

Administrators have full access to the TravelLine account and all the Components set up by the hotel.


Administrator/Reception

Administrators have access to the “Availability”, “Property management”, and “Reports” menu sections. This type of user cannot manage prices and accounting documents. If you use TL WebPMS, read about the types of access rights in TL WebPMS.


Accountant

Users with the “Accountant” type of rights can access the “Accounting” and “Reports” menu sections. They cannot access the “Property management” menu section, modify availability and rate plans, and other hotel settings.


Marketing manager

Users with this type of rights can access the “Marketing” and “Reports” menu sections. They cannot access the booking reconciliation check and the “Property management” menu section. This type of user cannot modify availability and rate plans, and other hotel settings.


Housekeeping

Users with the “Housekeeping” type of rights can access the “Housekeeping” menu section, view brief information on bookings and several reports.


If you wish to expand or restrict the access rights of existing users, write a request at support@travelline.pro from the email address of the user having access to "Client portal". If you do not have access to the indicated email addresses, send a request on the hotel letterhead with the signature and seal of the legal entity. In the email, mention the login you need to make changes to.
