When connecting TripAdvisor to TravelLine Booking Engine, there are two possible integration types:
TripConnect with a Cost per Click payment model. If you select this integration type, TripAdvisor redirects guests to the hotel website to make a booking and lists the hotel website among other points of sale. The requirements are TravelLine Booking Engine, business listing, allocating budget to TripAdvisor in order to pay for clicks, and starting the advertising campaign. Instant Booking. If you select this model, users make bookings right on the TripAdvisor website. Learn more about this model on the TripAdvisor website.
TripAdvisor integration with TravelLine is only possible if you set up TravelLine Booking Engine on your property website.
If you select TripConnect model to set the TripAdvisor integration, do the following:
1. Contact TripAdvisor representatives to connect Cost Per Click model.

2. To enable TripAdvisor integration with TravelLine, write us at support@travelline.pro .
3. In your TravelLine account, go to “Hotel management” > “Main settings” to check the property’s address.
4. In case, your TravelLine Extranet is in any language other than English, go to “Hotel management” > “Translation settings” > the “Hotel management” tab to check the translation to English. Make sure that the fields “Name”, “Short name”, and “Address” are translated correctly.
5. Go to “Room management” > “Rate plans”. Select the rate plan you need. Then, open the “General settings” tab. Scroll to the “Points of sale” and tick the “TripAdvisor” option.
6. For the “Payment methods for guests”, tick the “Guarantee by bank card” option. Then, click on the “Save” button.
Within 24 hours, your property details will be synced with the listing on TripAdvisor.
