TravelLine Reputation settings

The “Settings” page of the “Reputation” section allows you to make the necessary settings for the TravelLine Reputation solution.

For the “Collect reviews in sources”, select reviews of which period of time you want to collect from the online review platforms. By default, TravelLine Reputation derived reviews that have ever been written.

If you select the “Last 18 months” option, then, the reviews posted before this period of time are not going to affect the overall rating in the website widget.

In the “Send email notifications” section, you can set notifications of negative reviews and the overall ratings going up or down. The notifications will be sent to the email you indicate in the setting. If necessary, indicate several emails by clicking on the “Add an email” button. .

Select how often you want the notifications to be sent: once a day or once a week.

Apart from this, here, you can define a negative review.



In the “Post reviews on a website” settings, find the “Post type on a website” field. If you select the “Automatic” option allows you to automatically display all the newly-received reviews on the website widget without picking them by hand.

The “Show a review source as a text instead of a link” box determines how the review platform from which the review is taken is going to be displayed in the widget: just the name of the platform or its name with the link leading to the review. The first decreases the chances that the users will leave your hotel website for review platforms.
