Guests sometimes make bookings at different points of sale. When this happens, two guest profiles for each guest are created in the system. In this case, you can merge them into one.
To do this, choose a profile that has the most guest details, click on the “Action button” and select “Merge profiles”.
The system will find the profiles with the same guest names.
To merge profiles, use the switch bar to select duplicates, then click on “Continue”. The duplicates will be deleted, and all the guest details will be gathered into one profile.
Then, the guest details card will open up. Check the guest details and click on “Done” at the bottom of the page.
To check the result, go to “Property management” < “Guest profiles”. Instead of several duplicates, you will find one complete guest profile.
