Main settings in TravelLine WebPMS

Go to the “Property management” > “Settings” > the “Main settings” tab to make additional settings.

The “Main settings” tab consists of several sections.


The “Housekeeping” section

Tick the “Check-in only in rooms with status “Cleaned” and “Checked” box so that the Front desk checks in guests in the rooms confirmed as cleaned and checked and does not check checks in the dirty rooms.

The “Guest profiles” section

Tick the “Automatically combine guest profiles for reservations from the website and from sales channels” box to merge the coinciding guest profiles. The merging will take place if one or both of the following coincide: Guest’s name + email or Guest’s name + phone number. If there are no guest profiles that coincide, a new one will be created.

The “Invoices and payments” section

Make use of the invoice and receipt generation settings. If you wish a single invoice to be automatically created for the group bookings made in TravelLine Booking Engine or TravelLine WebPMS, tick the “Automatically create standard invoice for reservations for several rooms” box. You will always be able to create separate invoices for each room by hand.

If you do not want to list included services in invoices, tick the “Do not show paid services included in the price in a separate line in the invoice” box. These services will be considered when calculating the cost of the stay.

If necessary, enable the price breakdown on receipts to include each service fee by ticking the “Enable services detalization for printing receipts” box.

The “Invoice attributes” section

In the “Invoice attributes” section, upload the seal and the signatures for invoices generated in TravelLine WebPMS. Read how to add invoice attributes.

The “WebPMS notifications setting” section

For the “Receive notifications in case”, tick the conditions when the notifications should be sent to the hotel email.

Set the meal report using the instruction.
