When confirming a booking in TravelLine WebPMS, you indicate the point of sale where the booking was made. If default points of sale are not enough, you can add custom ones to References.
1. Go to “Property management” > “Settings”. Open the “References” tab. Click on the “Edit” button on the right from the “Point of sale” References.
2. Click on the “Add new element” button.
3. In the “Element name” field, write in a name of the new point of sale.
4. For the “Activity status”, select “Active” to be able to indicate the new point of sale right after you save it.
5. If you want the new point of sale to be automatically selected for all the new bookings, tick the “Set as default element in “Point of sale”.
6. Click on the “Apply” button.
7. Click on the “Save” button at the top of the page.
When you save it, you will be able to select this point of sale when editing bookings.
