Tag is a keyword or a filter that helps when searching for bookings. Use tags in TravelLine WebPMS to divide bookings into groups according to their attributes.
How to set tags
To make a list of tags to mark bookings, do the following:
Go to “Property management” > “Settings”.
There, open the “References” tab. Click on the “Tags” reference.
By default, there are two tags: Promo events and Business forum. Click on the “Add new element” button to add your own tag.
In the lightbox opened, write in a name of the tag, select an activity status, and write a comment. Click on the “Apply” button.
Then, click on the “Save” button at the top of the page.

How to search for a booking with the help of tags
Go to “Property management” > “Front desk”. Bookings that have tags are marked by a little triangle in the left corner of the booking.
When mousing over a booking with a tag, there appears a popup. You can find a tag in the last line of it.
Above the tape chart, find the “Tags” filter on the right.
For the “Tags” filter, select a tag or several tags you need. Bookings that are not tagged by the tag you chose will become transparent.
