Reports in TravelLine WebPMS

In TravelLine WebPMS, there are two types of reports: general and statistical reports. Statistical reports are updated once per 24 hours, at 1 am. General reports are real-time, and they always contain the up-to-date data.

  • Cancellation report — cancellation dynamic broken down by points of sale.

  • Financial comparative daily report — hotel’s revenue for a selected period broken down by the main items of income and compared to another period’s performance.

  • History and forecast — general information on the hotel’s performance in the past and forecasts for the future.

  • Revenue and occupancy — data on hotel’s revenue and occupancy

  • Cancellations window — the report meant for finding out the average number of days between the cancellation and arrival dates.

  • Demand calendar — the report meant for a quick assessment of the hotel’s occupancy and the number of rooms left on sale.

  • Demand intensity assessment — the report meant for a quick assessment of the number of vacant rooms and the speed at which this number changes. The report lets you compare the dynamics of such change on different dates.

  • Tags report — data on the bookings broken down by tags.
