In TravelLine WebPMS, there are two types of reports: general and statistical reports. Statistical reports are updated once per 24 hours, at 1 am. General reports are real-time, and they always contain the up-to-date data.
Reports available to all the TravelLine WebPMS users:
General reports:
Arrivals — the list of arriving guests.
Departures — the list of departing guests.
Occupied rooms — the list of rooms occupied by guests.
Guests list — the list of guests that stayed at the hotel in the past or booked stays for the coming dates.
Payments — payments on the booking accounts.
Extra services — the list of ordered and rendered extra services.
Detailed report on extra services — the list of extra services broken down by dates when they were rendered.
Meal report — the report meant for planning of supplies for a specific date and monitoring the hotel restaurant attendance.
Summary statistics — key hotel performance metrics.
User activity log — the list of actions completed by the TravelLine WebPMS users.
Statistical reports:
Consolidation report on agents, customers and points of sale — statistics on the agent companies, customer companies, and points of sale.
Report on agents, companies and points of sale — detailed report — detailed statistics on bookings grouped by points of sale.
Manager’s report — hotel’s performance metrics necessary to make management decisions.
Manager’s efficiency — detailed report — data on each manager’s creating bookings and confirming payments. The report takes into account bookings fully and partially paid for.
Reservations balance — the report on booking balances, payments and accounts receivable.
Rate plans revenue — data on the revenue broken down by rate plans.

Payment methods — payments broken down into groups by payment methods.
Housekeeping — statistics on the room cleaning in the extended Housekeeping Module.
Statistical reports:
Cancellation report — cancellation dynamic broken down by points of sale.
Financial comparative daily report — hotel’s revenue for a selected period broken down by the main items of income and compared to another period’s performance.
History and forecast — general information on the hotel’s performance in the past and forecasts for the future.
Revenue and occupancy — data on hotel’s revenue and occupancy
Cancellations window — the report meant for finding out the average number of days between the cancellation and arrival dates.
Demand calendar — the report meant for a quick assessment of the hotel’s occupancy and the number of rooms left on sale.
Demand intensity assessment — the report meant for a quick assessment of the number of vacant rooms and the speed at which this number changes. The report lets you compare the dynamics of such change on different dates.
Tags report — data on the bookings broken down by tags.
