The “Departures” report, there is a list of guests that are checking out. By default, the report is generated for the current day. To change the date or set a review period, select other dates in the calendar. If you need to generate the report for a specific date, select this date in the both calendars.
The report has the following data: a booking number, a guest’s name, a check-in and check-out date and time, a rate plan, a balance, a status of the booking, a number of the room (if it is assigned), housekeeping status, amount due, a comment to the booking, and a manager’s note.
To download the report, click on the “Export to XLSX” button.
Another way to view this report is to go to the “Front desk” > the “Today’s guests” section. There, select the “Departures”.
There will open a window with the list of bookings. In this report, you will find fewer data: a booking number, a guest’s name, a time of check-in, a status of the booking, a number of the room (if it is assigned), housekeeping status, a comment to the booking, and a manager’s note.
