How to replace a customer in a booking

To replace a customer’s name, do the following:

1. Go to “Property management” > “Front desk”. Select the booking you need, then, click on the “Edit” button.

2. In the “Main parameters” section, click on the customer’s name.

3. In the “Guest search” box, search for a customer among existing profiles by writing in the customer’s last name, identification document number, email, or phone number. If there is no profile like this, create a new profile. After that, click on “Apply”.

4. Click on the “Save” button at the top of the page.
