To replace a guest in a booking, do the following:
1. Go to “Property management” > “Front desk”. There, select the booking you need.
2. Click on the “Edit” button. There will open a booking details page. By default, the name of the guest and the name of the customer coincide.
3. Click on the guest’s name in the “Guests” section.
Click on the ”Change guest”.
4. Fill in a guests’ last name in the “Guest search” box.
5. After you wrote the first 4 letters, TravelLine WebPMS will show if there is such a guest profile in the system. If there is no guest profile like this, click on the “Add a new guest”.
6. Fill out details to create a new guest profile. Make sure to fill in the “Surname” and “Given name” boxes. Then, click on the “Done” button.
7. The new guest profile is created and added to the booking. The booker has not changed.
