How to cancel a booking in the Front desk

In case a guest did not show up or decided to cancel the booking, cancel it in the Front desk.

To cancel a booking, take the following steps:

1. Go to the “Property management” > “Front desk”.

2. Select the booking you need.

3. Click on the “Cancel” icon at the bottom of the page.

4. Select a reason of cancellation. Click on the “Confirm” button. The guest will get an email notification of cancellation.

NB. You can cancel a booking made on a distribution channel in the Front desk, but it will not be canceled on the distribution channel. You will have to cancel it in the distribution channel’s Extranet as well.
