How to change a payment method for a booking

To change a payment method for a booking, do the following:

1. Go to “Property management” > “Front desk”.

2. Search for the booking you need and click on it.

3. There will open a window with a few details on the booking. There, you can find a selected payment method. Click on the “Edit” button.

4. There will open a booking details card. In the “Billing” section, select another option in the “Guarantee method” drop-down list.

5. Click on the “Save” button at the top of the page.

For bookings made on the website and distribution channels, the “Guarantee by credit card” method cannot be changed.
