How to edit bookings after checking them in

When you check a guest in, the booking in the Front desk turns purple.

After the check-in, you can still modify the booking. To make changes, select the booking you need in the Front desk. In the window opened, click on the “Edit” button at the bottom of the page. There will open the booking details page. All the underlined fields can be changed.

1. To change the dates of stay, click on the underlined dates in the “Main parameters” section to select new dates. If the room for the newly-selected dates is vacant, the system will allow you to make the change.

2. You can select another check-out time and the surcharge for it at the bottom of the “Main parameters” section.

3. Open the “Services and accommodation” tab. In the table, you can edit the cost of the stay for each day and set a discount by clicking on the underlined numbers and words.

4. In the “Services and accommodation” tab, find the “Details of services” section. There, you can add extra services and change the service fees.

5. Back in the “Details” tab, find the “Guests” section. There, you can edit the following data by clicking on the pencil icon next to the guest name:

  • Name

  • Guest status (VIP, regular customer, black list)

  • Date of birth

  • Email, phone number

  • Gender, citizenship

  • Identity document

To save the changes, click on the “Save” button at the top of the page.

NB. You can only cancel the check-in on the day of the check-in. On the next day, you will not be able to cancel the check-in from the Front desk.
