How to indicate a purpose of visit in a booking

To indicate a purpose of visit in a booking, click on the booking you need on the “Front desk” page. Then, click on the “Edit” button. There will open the booking details page. In the “Details” tab, find the “Additional settings” section. For the “Purpose of visit”, select one option from the drop-down list. Then, click on the “Save” button at the top of the page.

If there is no option that you need, add another purpose of visit to the References. To find out more, read the “How to add a purpose of visit to the References” article.

When foreign visitors stay at your property, TravelLine WebPMS generates a “Notice of the Arrival of the Foreign Citizen to the Place of Residence”. All the fields are filled in automatically based on data indicated in the booking. So that the “Purpose of the entry” field is filled, indicate a purpose of visit in the booking.
